Jayne Piana

Ms. Piana has experience in intellectual property litigation, general commercial litigation, and prosecuting patents and trademarks before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

Ms. Piana is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Houston Bar Association, Houston Intellectual Property Law Association, and Houston Young Lawyers Association. She is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas, the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, the United States Supreme Court, and in the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

Ms. Piana received her J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law in 2000 with honors, and she is a member of Order of the Coif. She received her B.S. in Chemical Engineering, cum laude, in 1997 from Texas A&M University.
